Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, please reach out within 14 days of delivery—we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll replace it free of charge. Email us at: info@ienstudio.com

Return Options

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair.

1. Store Credit

  • Full product price refunded as store credit (excluding original shipping)
  • Valid for 6 months and can be used sitewide
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

2. Refund to Original Payment

  • A $20 restocking fee per item applies
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Refund issued to original payment method (minus restocking and original shipping costs)

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.

  • Customer covers return and replacement shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • Limit of one exchange per order

Shipping Policy

United States Shipping

All of our items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Our current production time is 2–5 business days (this does not include shipping time).

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on the carrier.

Order Processing & Changes

Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to production. To ensure fast turnaround, changes or cancellations are not possible after the order is submitted. Please double-check your order before placing it.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

Printing Method

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing—a modern method that uses advanced inkjet technology to print directly onto fabric. The inks are absorbed into the fibers of the garment, resulting in a soft, high-quality, and long-lasting print.

Unlike screen printing, DTG does not require custom screens or vinyl cuts.

Which brands do you work with?

We take pride in offering a diverse selection of unisex t-shirts designed for both style and comfort. We’re committed to using high-quality brands such as Comfort Colors, Gildan, and other trusted names — ensuring that each item not only looks great but also lasts with proper care.

What size should I get?

The sizing chart is displayed in the listing pictures for your reference. For women we recommend getting your normal women’s size if you want a relaxed fit or size up 2-3 sizes for a more oversized fit. For men we recommend going with your normal size or sizing up one size for a more relaxed fit. 

Do you offer customization?

Yes we do! If you have any request (design customization, more size and color options) please feel free to message us. We will reply as soon as possible.

Processing Time

Our processing time is about 2-5 days. During holidays, we may see a slight delay, please also expect USPS shipping delays as the amount of orders processed are slightly more.

How do I place an order?

  1. Before placing your order, please review all product details carefully.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select your shirt type and size.
  3. Choose your preferred shirt color from the drop-down menu.
  4. To order more items, add the first item to your cart, then click the back button and repeat steps 1–3.
